This project is a mass customization case of high-purity transparent quartz tubes for an overseas industrial equipment manufacturer. The customer required high temperature resistant, high light transmittance and corrosion-resistant quartz glass tubes for tubular furnaces, heating treatment and chemical reaction equipment. The client needed stable dimensional accuracy, low thermal expansion and long service life to support continuous high-temperature industrial production.

- Ordinary glass tubes cannot withstand long-term high temperature above 900℃, easily deformed and broken.
