Fused clear silica quartz glass flange is made of high purity quartz sand with excellent thermal shock stability and high transmittance. It is widely used in electric light/ laser/ lenses/optical instrument/high temperature window.
The deep processing would be done according to client's requirements, like neat cutting, punching,finish milling, fire polish, welding, bending, sealing, polished and so on. We have rich experience in quartz flange welding to make sure the welding products dimensions.
