High Temperature Performance
Quartz glass hardening temperature approximately 1730°C. Suitable for continuous operation at 1100°C, with maximum short-term temperature resistance up to 1450°C.
Corrosion Resistance
Exceptional chemical stability against all acids except hydrofluoric acid. Acid resistance is 30 times greater than ceramic and 150 times superior to stainless steel, particularly effective at low temperatures.
Thermal Stability
Withstands severe temperature fluctuations without damage. Can be heated to 1100°C and immediately immersed in cold water without cracking or breaking.
Optical Performance
Excellent light transmission across all spectral bands from ultraviolet to infrared. Visible light transmittance exceeds 93%, with ultraviolet spectral transmittance over 80%.
Electrical Insulation
Electrical resistance 10,000 times greater than ordinary glass, maintaining superior electrical performance even at low temperatures.
