- High Temperature Resistance: Quartz glass hardening temperature approximately 1730°C. Suitable for long-term use at 1100°C with maximum short-term temperature resistance up to 1450°C.
- Excellent Light Transmission: Superior transmittance across all spectral bands from purple to red. Visible light transmittance exceeds 93%, with ultraviolet spectral region transmittance over 80%.
- Corrosion Resistance: Exceptional chemical stability, resistant to all acids except hydrofluoric acid. Acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramic and 150 times that of stainless steel.
- Superior Thermal Stability: Low thermal contraction coefficient withstands severe temperature changes. Can be heated to 1100°C and immersed in cold water without cracking.
