Quartz layering is an important part used in Bonder M/C. It is required for all the pressing equipment used in COG Bonder, OLB Bonder, FPC Bonder, PCB Bonder and Repail.It has the characteristics of low thermal deformation, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high hardness and light transmittance. It is used as the Back up of pressing, and requires high precision.The use of quartz Back up material can improve the yield of the product.According to different uses and brands of equipment, quartz material and size requirements are not the same, our company can meet customer requirements, according to customer needs material, map to provide products suitable for all types of machines.We can make all kinds of shapes such as L type T type, square bar, double step and so on according to the sample requirements provided by customers.
