:1.Furnace tube: usurally, the conventional size tube within OD200 are in stock in the market and are mass-produced from in the furnace.
2.Resizing tube:above OD200 are rarely in stock and the tolerances is biger, so we will choose resizing.
Make resizing tube reason:
1.There are no large size tube in stock for less quantity of specific size.
2.Tolerance and flatness of the furnace tube can not meet customer requirements 3.Resizing tube specofocation: The max diameter
reaches1 meters and length up to 5 meters. We can meet the best tolerance±0.5mm,flatness±0.5mm,straightness:±0.5mm.
Custom:
If the quantity you need is large,
we can customize some special size quartz tube for you. OEM is also accepted. We supply all kind quartz products containing: clear
