We are a professional manufacturer of transparent quartz tube furnaces with nearly 20 years of experience.
We accept custom orders according to different diameter, thickness, length specifications, or by providing your technical drawings.
We produce two main types of quartz glass tubes:
- Furnace Tube: Conventional size tubes within OD200mm are typically in stock and mass-produced from the furnace
- Resizing Tube: Tubes above OD200mm are rarely in stock and require resizing to meet specific tolerance requirements
Resizing is necessary when:
- Large size tubes are not available in stock for specific size requirements
- Furnace tube tolerance and flatness cannot meet customer specifications
Our resizing tube capabilities include:
- Maximum diameter: 1 meter
- Maximum length: 5 meters
- Tolerance: ±0.5mm
- Flatness: ±0.5mm
- Straightness: ±0.5mm
For large quantity orders, we can customize special size quartz tubes according to your specifications. OEM services are also accepted.
